Privacy Policy

This policy explains how J_ogawa (“the developer”) handles information in the iPhone app “DressUpTimer” (“the app”).

1. Information stored by the app

Your timer settings, the pictures you choose for backgrounds, the sounds you import as alarms, and the fonts you import are stored only on your device. They are never sent to the developer’s servers. Deleting the app also deletes this information.

The app accesses your photo library only when you choose a picture for a background or a video for an alarm sound, and only the items you select.

The microphone is used only when you record an alarm sound. Recordings are stored only on your device.

2. Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. Google AdMob may collect the following information to serve ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud:

• Device identifiers such as the advertising identifier (IDFA)
• Approximate location inferred from your IP address
• Records of interactions such as ad views and taps
• Diagnostic information about the device and app

3. Tracking and consent

To show ads that are more relevant to you, the app may ask for permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency. If you don’t allow it, all features of the app still work, and you will see ads that are not based on your interests. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where it is required by law are asked for consent to the use of data for advertising. You can change your choice at any time from “Ad Privacy Settings” at the top right of the app’s main screen.

4. Sharing with third parties

Except for the collection by the advertising service described above, the developer does not share your information with third parties.

5. Children

The app is not primarily directed to children under 13.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the last update.
