Privacy Policy

This policy explains how J_ogawa (“the developer”) handles information in the iPhone and iPad app “SekigaharaShogi” (“the app”).

1. Information stored by the app

Game data such as your level against the computer and the armies you build is stored on your device. It is never sent to the developer’s servers. Deleting the app also deletes this information.

2. Game Center

Online play and the leaderboard use Game Center, provided by Apple. Matchmaking, the exchange of moves during a game, and ratings and rankings are handled through Game Center, and your Game Center nickname is shown to your opponents and on the leaderboard. 3. Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. Google AdMob may collect the following information to serve ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud:

• Device identifiers such as the advertising identifier (IDFA)
• Approximate location inferred from your IP address
• Records of interactions such as ad views and taps
• Diagnostic information about the device and app

4. Tracking and consent

To show ads that are more relevant to you, the app may ask for permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency. If you don’t allow it, all features of the app still work, and you will see ads that are not based on your interests. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where it is required by law may be asked for consent to the use of data for advertising.

5. Sharing with third parties

Except for the handling by Game Center and the advertising service described above, the developer does not share your information with third parties.

6. Children

The app is not primarily directed to children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the last update.
